Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we provide free estimates for all projects. We’ll schedule a time to visit your home or property, discuss your needs, and evaluate the space. After that, we’ll give you a clear, detailed estimate that outlines the project and the expected timeline. Our goal is to make sure you understand the full scope of the project before any work begins.

Is it possible to get an estimate without seeing the property?

We can often provide a rough ballpark estimate based on photos, measurements, or details you share with us. However, for an accurate and reliable estimate, it’s best for us to see the property in person. A walkthrough allows us to account for surface conditions, repairs, and other details that may affect the scope of work. This way, you’ll receive a clear and transparent estimate with no surprises later on.

How do you prepare surfaces before working?

Proper preparation is one of the most important steps to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting finish. We start by cleaning the surfaces to remove dirt, dust, or grease that will prevent any tape or plastic from sticking properly. We also protect surrounding areas, covering floors, furniture, and fixtures to keep your home or property as clean as possible throughout the process.

What is included in the estimate?

Our estimates are detailed and transparent so you know exactly what to expect. We outline the project timeline and any recommended repairs or additional work that may be needed. If there are optional upgrades or choices (such as paint types or finishes), we’ll list those separately so you can make the best decision for your budget and goals.

Do you require a deposit or payment upfront?

Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your project on our schedule and cover the initial cost of materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. We believe this approach provides peace of mind for both our customers and our team, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Do I need to be home during the work?

You don’t need to be home the entire time while we work. Many of our clients choose to go about their day as usual. We do ask that someone be available at the start of the project to go over details and provide access, and again at completion for a final walkthrough. Throughout the process, we respect your property, secure the work area, and keep you updated so you can feel confident even if you’re not on-site.
